The main component of the dish - fried pieces of chicken fillet - is complemented by a variety of vegetables cut into straws. But the main thing in the dish is the sauce, which gives it a unique flavor. And, as it turns out, it takes very little time to prepare it.

Quickly fry the chicken cut into strips in the heated vegetable oil in a skillet and transfer to a plate
Add some more vegetable oil to the skillet and fry the onions and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes over medium heat until half cooked
Add the minced garlic and sliced zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry everything together for another 1-2 minutes
Then put the fried chicken pieces in the same skillet, add soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and starch
Then add a tablespoon of chili sauce. If you don't have it, you can add some hot pepper
Bring the mixture to a boil, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
